The Building America Industrialized Housing Partnership
This project aimed at working with the building industry to accelerate the nationwide adoption of energy-efficient industrialized housing technologies, materials and methods.
The WSU Energy Program contracts with the Florida Solar Energy Center to support the project in the Northwest. Our efforts include testing the performance of energy-efficient innovations to see if they warrant inclusion in manufactured homes of the future. As part of this project, we also work with the Idaho Department of Water and Resources and the Oregon Office of Energy.
