The Washington State University (WSU) Extension Energy Program was directed by the Washington State Legislature to select and administer community grants providing community-wide urban, residential and commercial energy efficiency upgrades.

Snohomish County PUD  -  $2.16 million
Sustainable Living Center  -  $700,000
SustainableWorks  -  $4 million
Thurston Economic Development Council  -  $1 million
