Olympia

Southbound to Olympia (from Seattle)

  1. Take I-5 Exit 105B (City Center/Port of Olympia).
  2. Follow the off ramp towards the Port of Olympia onto Plum Street.
  3. After the traffic light at Plum Street and Union Avenue, go one block and take the left turn lane into the parking lot for the Town Square Complex.
  4. Offices for the WSU Extension Energy Program are located in Building 3. Visitor parking is located in front. The main entrance is on the southwest corner of the building.

Northbound to Olympia (from Portland)

  1. Take I-5 Exit 105A (City Center/Port of Olympia).
  2. Follow the circular ramp to the right towards the Port of Olympia and onto Henderson Blvd. by taking a right at the roundabout.
  3. While on Henderson Blvd, stay in the right lane. At the stoplight with Plum Street, turn left turn onto Plum and stay in the lanes going north (avoid the two left turn lanes to Union Ave.). Continue in the left lane north one block and use the left lane turn into the parking lot for the Town Square Complex.
  4. Offices for the WSU Extension Energy Program are located in Building 3. Visitor parking is located in front. The main entrance is on the southwest corner of the building.

Spokane

From the Spokane Int'l Airport and/or I-90 driving east:

  1. Take I-90 east past downtown Spokane.
  2. Take the Freya Street Exit (283 B) off the freeway. This exit puts you on 3rd Avenue (parallels the freeway). Stay on 3rd Ave straight (east) through two lights (Ray and then Freya) Continue on 3rd Ave for about 1/3 mile.
  3. Turn Left (north) on Havana and go under I-90. Continue a few blocks on Havana to the light at Sprague Avenue. Cross Sprague Avenue and then a set of railroad tracks.
  4. WSU Extension is the 2nd building on the left past the R/R tracks.
    222 North Havana - a two storey building with brown cedar siding.
    WSU Extension Energy Program is located at the S/W corner of the 2nd floor.

From I - 90 driving west:

  1. Take the Freya Street Exit off I-90.
  2. Go Right on Freya Ave (north) to the light at Sprague Avenue.
  3. Go Right (back east) on Sprague Ave about 1/3 mile to Havana.
  4. Turn Left (north) on Havana.
    Immediately cross a set of railroad tracks.
  5. WSU Extension is the 2nd building on the left past the R/R tracks.
