RePower Kitsap Program

RePower Kitsap is a county-wide program funded by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Neighborhood Program dedicated to helping homeowners save money through energy efficiency.

This program aims to increase the demand for energy retrofit services through outreach to homeowners and real estate professionals and to strengthen the retrofit business community through contractor assistance, installer and auditor training, and simplified financing.

RePower Kitsap provides in-home energy assessments, energy-efficiency financing and incentives, and a local, skilled workforce to make achieving these goals less complicated and more affordable.

RePower Kitsap is the product of a partnership among the Washington State University (WSU) Energy Program, Washington State Department of Commerce and Conservation Services Group.
